The Gozney Dome pizza oven is the flagship of the brand and can be fired with wood and gas. In the extra-large baking chamber you can reach temperatures of up to 500°C, which allows you to bake an authentic Neapolitan pizza in just 60 seconds. In addition, the Dome offers other special features such as a digital thermometer and two core temperature sensors. Of course, this pizza oven also offers you the possibility to prepare many other dishes. You can prepare steaks, fish and vegetables, but also slow-cooking dishes like pulled pork or rustic wood-fired bread. You decide yourself whether you prefer to fire the dome with gas or wood, whereby the air supply is easy to regulate with the help of a control dial. Thanks to the high-quality workmanship made of water-repellent, UV-resistant ceramic and an extra-thick pizza stone, the Gozney Dome will accompany you for many years.

The dome is suitable for different pizza styles such as Neapolitan, New York or Detroit pizza. Thanks to the precise temperature control, you can adapt the baking result perfectly to your preferences.
The Dome is versatile and allows you to cook steaks, fish and vegetables - all at restaurant level thanks to the high temperatures and even heat distribution. Close the door with the seal to turn your Dome into a bread oven. When you add a bed of embers or a piece of charcoal, the Dome creates the ideal environment for baking bread with its unrivaled heat retention and enough space for several loaves.
Dome is delivered fully assembled. Due to the size and weight of the product, we recommend that you have at least one other person to help you unpack it. The practical lifting straps supplied and the lifting recesses in the oven help with this.
The dome can be operated at different temperatures, so it really depends on what you are preparing and what temperatures you want to achieve. The oven can be up and running after just 10 minutes, but is usually ready for Neapolitan pizzas after 40-45 minutes and reaches full heat saturation after around 50-55 minutes (450-500°C).
The dome should be stored safely when not in use to preserve its life, including the stone and temperature display module. After use, you should always allow the oven to cool completely before moving or covering it. Once cool, the dome can be moved to a dry storage location or protected with a durable, weatherproof cover such as our Gozney cover. It is important to note that in adverse weather conditions the domes should be stored in a suitable dry storage location. If the stove absorbs excessive moisture that penetrates the stone and surrounding insulation, this can cause irreparable damage that will affect performance and will not be covered by the warranty. When transporting to another storage location, always make sure to lift the domes using the carrying handles provided.
For use with gas, the dome is supplied with a pressure regulator that fits a standard propane gas cylinder. For Germany, this is a 50-mbar screw-in pressure regulator for use with propane gas. We recommend the use of a medium gas cylinder with a capacity of 11 kg.
When using wood with the dome, we recommend using hard, oven-dried kindling that is about 5 cm thick and 12 cm long. Start by lighting a small fire in the center of the stove and light it with a natural firelighter. Gradually build up the fire to a larger fire and move it to the right-hand side of the stove over the metal grate of the wood-burning stove. You can adjust the air flow to the fire by opening or closing the ash drawer.
