In a conventional, compact pizza oven, you have to contend with very high temperatures of up to 450° C on a very narrow baking surface. This always raises the question of how to turn the pizza without the dough tearing. Also difficult: how to turn the pizza quickly enough without burning one side of the crust.

Because it was specially developed to bake authentic Neapolitan pizzas comfortably and with guaranteed success, even in the compact class.
The best of both worlds: Super compact and yet extremely convenient.
But the performance values are also impressive: Equipped with a 5.2 kW C-shaped burner, it heats the cooking chamber to baking temperature in just 15 min. With the new Witt PICCOLO Rotante, the temperature can be adapted to any hydration in the dough and precisely controlled. The high-quality insulation keeps the temperature stable at all times and ensures consistently crispy baking results.
Another innovation is the solid pizza stone drive system, which can be removed without tools. This makes cleaning the baking chamber quicker and easier than ever before.
