With the grill plate from Outdoorchef you also have the possibility to prepare other dishes and refinements on the grill. The ribbed side is ideal for short fried food such as fish and vegetables. On the smooth side you can prepare delicious egg dishes and crepes. The plate is made of high-quality cast iron. This can be heated very high and has an optimal heat distribution and retention. To clean the grill plate, it is best to burn it out on the grill at full power for about 10 min. All residues can then be removed quickly and easily with a brush, e.g. the Outdoorchef grill brush large. Only use brass brushes and not brushes with steel bristles. After cleaning, the grate can be oiled with a little cooking oil.
