The gas-powered ETNA ROTANTE pizza oven with 9.2 kW burner power is one of the most powerful in its class and heats up to an operating temperature of 500° C in no time at all. In addition to a crescent-shaped gas burner in the cooking chamber, the oven is also fired by an additional booster burner under the pizza stone. This is unique and guarantees you the best results every time. In combination with the double-walled insulation and the optimized opening, the ETNA pizza oven stores an enormous amount of heat in the cooking chamber.
